Green Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Let's start our day with a refreshing smoothie that tastes great while reducing inflammation and hydrating our body. Packed with nutrition, this smoothie is my families go-to when it comes to our morning routine. We start each day with this smoothie, followed by breakfast and coffee. The fact that this drink can be made in large batches and kept in the fridge makes it convenient for busy mornings. I have started making this each week and store in mason jars for my husband to drink before rushing out the door for work each morning. He enjoys it and gives him a great boost. My kids and I like to make this together each day for ourselves and they have actually memorized most of the ingredients. Creating healthy habits like this for our families and teaching our kids how to make their own healthy meals and snacks are great for bonding and building a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
